I was approached by one of Canada's largest research hospital organizations, University Health Network, to overhaul the photography of one of their divisions: Healthcare Human Factors. My approach was to photograph new headshots that was reflective of the work culture and individual personalities of their specialists. In my opinion, traditional headshots were boring for this lively, innovative team.
My next assignment was to create an image vault of their collaborative work sessions, and service offerings, which include human factors specialists working in the field, often in unparalleled hospital settings (operation room, intensive care unit, and doctor-patient interactions). These images will be used for internal and external publications, and their brand relaunch.
